BOARD OF DIRECTORS:

Andrew Thomson, Director & President - 15 years of experience in mineral exploration in Central America. Entrepreneur actively exploring in Mexico, Honduras and Panama since 1993. Mr. Thomson is fluent in Spanish and currently on the Board of Directors for Gossan Resources Ltd. and Montero Mining and Exploration Ltd.

Brian Jennings,CA, BSc., Director and CFO - Mr. Jennings has over 20 years of financial experience and holds a Chartered Accountant designation combined with a Bachelor of Science with a major in Geology. Brian has 10 years of experience as a CFO or member of the Board of Directors of several public companies in the resource, internet technology, manufacturing and aerospace industries. He also has significant experience specializing in corporate restructuring with Ernst & Young and contract positions working as interim CFO, turnaround management, and distressed investing. Early in his career Mr. Jennings spent several summers working as an exploration geologist.

Douglas Reeson, M.B.A., Director - 28 years of experience in capital markets. Mr. Reeson has held a number of positions in the investment industry including the Executive Director of Listings for the Toronto Stock Exchange, VP and Director of Davidson Partners, Midland Doherty & Yorkton Securities and, earlier, as an investment Analyst at Burns-Fry. Currently President of Gossan Resources Limited, a director of Mega Uranium Ltd. and CFO of Mengold Resources Inc.

Phillip Walford, B.Sc., P.Geo., Director - 40 years experience in mining and mineral exploration in North and Central America, active in Mexico since 1993. Former VP for junior gold producer Geomaque Explorations Ltd. operators of the San Fransisco mine in Sonora, Mexico. Former VP and Chief Geologist for Lac Minerals Ltd. Currently President of Marathon Gold Corporation.

Bill McGuinty, B.Sc., P.Geo., Director - 25 years in mineral exploration including Central America. Senior Geologist formerly part of Marwest discovery team on the San Martin deposit in Honduras and recently VP Exploration of Intrepid Mines Limited bringing the Casposo deposit in Argentina to Feasibility and completion of Environmental Impact Statements as well as directing exploration in Mexico and El Salvador. Currently he is VP exploration for Queenston Mining Inc. exploring and developing gold resources in the Kirkland Lake Gold camp, Ontario. He is fluent in French and Spanish.

ADVISORY BOARD:

Chester F. Millar, P. Eng. - Mr. Millar is a pioneer of heap leach gold production and of large-scale bulk mining methods used for mining low-grade gold deposits in the Western United States. Under his assistance, Afton Mines, Glamis Gold Limited and Eldorado Gold Corporation matured from junior exploration and early production companies into substantial gold producers. Mr. Millar served as Chairman of Glamis Limited from 1985 to 1998, Chairman of Eldorado Gold Corporation from 1992 to 1994 and Chairman of Alamos Gold Inc. from 1996 to 2003. He is the former Chairman of Castle Gold Corp. and Pediment Gold Corp.

Laurence W. Curtis PhD. P.Geo - Dr. Curtis is a geologist with over thirty five years of international experience in the natural resource sector with direct experience in Africa, Greenland, North, South and Central America, and in the Pacific. Mr Curtis has spent over fifteen years working in the Caribbean Basin and has been responsible for several epithermal discoveries during this time. He was President of Curtis & Associates, a mineral resource consulting firm, from 1980 to 1996. Dr. Curtis founded Intrepid Minerals Corporation in 1995 and was President, CEO and director for eleven years.

Terrence J. Bottrill, P. Eng. - Mr. Bottril has been employed as a geologist or consultant for various corporations as head-office staff in research and as director of exploration on projects from grass-roots to full feasibility studies. He has undertaken field work on every continent except Antarctica, and has been closely involved in exploration discoveries of gold, silver and copper in Canada, Mexico, USA and Botswana. He has been involved in exploration in Mexico since 1972, and lived in Guanajuato for two years. He has considerable experience on advanced silver and gold projects, as well as in porphyry copper and iron-oxide-copper-gold deposits
