Completed 2 joint ventures with junior producers Eldorado and Geomaque in Mexico. Former President of Link Mineral Ventures Ltd. and Azul Resources (Bermuda) Ltd. Fluent in Spanish.

n James Kirke, Chief Financial Officer
Age 44, 6 years of experience in the finance aspects of public companies.  Mr Kirke is currently the CFO of the following public companies: BacTech Mining Corporation; Golden Odyssey Mining Inc.; and Marathon PGM Corporation.  Mr. Kirke also acted as VP Finance for Magicorp Entertainment Inc. from September 2000 until May 2002.

25 years of experience in capital markets. Mr. Reeson has held a number of positions in the investment industry including the Executive Director of Listings for the Toronto Stock Exchange, VP and Director of Davidson Partners, Midland Doherty & Yorkton Securities and, earlier, as an investment Analyst at Burns-Fry. Currently President of Gossan Resources Limited, a director of Mega Uranium and CFO of Mengold.


Mark Lawrence, Director:
Age 46, is currently a director of Blue Fyre and the managing director of NorthCrest Partners Inc.  Mr. Lawrence was a former director and senior analyst of Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon Limited, a Vice President of Midland Walwyn Capital Inc. and a Vice President of Prudential-Bache Securities.

Primarily responsible for generating new properties in the gold and base metal generative programs and evaluating property submittals. Completed his masters thesis on The Gold Potential of Mexico. Mexico. Canadian and Mexican citizen, fluent in Spanish.
