Douglas Reeson, Director & CFO*
28 years of experience in capital markets. Mr. Reeson has held a number of positions in the investment industry including the Executive Director of Listings for the Toronto Stock Exchange, VP and Director of Davidson Partners, Midland Doherty & Yorkton Securities and, earlier, as an investment Analyst at Burns-Fry. Currently President of Gossan Resources Limited, a director of Mega Uranium Ltd. and CFO of Mengold Resources Inc.

25 years in mineral exploration including Central America. Senior Geologist formerly part of Marwest discovery team on the San Martin deposit in Honduras and recently VP Exploration of Intrepid Mines Limited bringing the Casposo deposit in Argentina to Feasibility and completion of Environmental Impact Statements as well as directing exploration in Mexico and El Salvador. Currently he is VP exploration for Queenston Mining Inc. exploring and developing gold resources in the Kirkland Lake Gold camp, Ontario. He is fluent in French and Spanish.

Formerly a director of Blue Fyre (Soltoro completed a business combination with Blue Fyre) and the managing director of NorthCrest Partners Inc. Mr. Lawrence was a former director and senior analyst of Loewen Ondaatje McCutcheon Limited, a Vice President of Midland Walwyn Capital Inc. and a Vice President of Prudential-Bache Securities.

Canadian and Mexican citizen, fluent in Spanish.
Alvaro Lopez Picos, Senior Geologist*

20 years experience exploring in Mexico. Former senior geologist for Cominco and Kennecott with experience finding gold and porphyry deposits. While with Western Silver, Alvaro assisted in the start up of the Peñasquito deposit. More recently acting as a geologist with Apex Silver based out of Guadalajara. At Apex, Alvaro responsibilities included property evaluation and project generation looking for silver deposits in southern Mexico.
Feliciano Barrios Rodriguez, Geologist

From 1981 to 2004 Feliciano was a staff geologist with the Consejo de Recursos Metalicos Naturales working on field mapping of various projects mainly in south-central Mexico. Strong background in skarn mineralization. More recently worked on recon mapping during 50k map sheet program working on map sheets for Nayarit, Colima and Michoacan. Good liaison with government officials with proficient mapping skills.
Ileana Cama
Office geologist with Cominco Mexico S.A. de C.V. responsible for data base compilation, drafting and basic research. Experience in field includes, core logging geologist for Cyprus minerals in Mexico, core logging geologist with Western Silver on the Peñasquito project. More recently office geologist with Apex Silver working on data base compilation and tenure research.
